AVrental.se is the dry hire arm of Dream Crazy Big AB & EPEAK Studio. We keep a tested stock of professional displays and staging hardware in Örebro and get it to venues across Sweden, so the people running the event can get on with running the event.
Why we started renting instead of selling.
Most event teams do not need to own a 75-inch display. They need one, in a specific room, on a specific Tuesday, that definitely works. Owning AV means storing it, testing it, repairing it and watching it lose value between jobs.
So we built the boring half of the business properly: a real warehouse, real testing before dispatch, and stock levels we actually keep to. What you get is a screen that arrives clean, on a stand that is not bent, with the cables that fit.
We are deliberately dry hire. No bundled crew you did not ask for, no day rates for a technician to stand next to kit you already know how to use. If you want the gear and nothing else, that is the whole product.
A warehouse, not a garage.
Everything is barcoded, cased and checked back in against the order it came from. That is how we can tell you what is free on your dates and actually mean it.

When you call, you get someone who has stood in a hall at 6am wondering where the VESA plate went. That tends to shorten the conversation.
