# AV hire for AGMs

Most of an annual general meeting is procedure, and then there is one slide that has to be right in front of everyone: the count. We dry hire tested displays, floor stands and mounts to company secretaries and event teams across Sweden — delivered to the venue, collected once the meeting closes.

## Screen kits for a room that has to read the numbers

Screen, floor stand and fitted skirt together, one line each on your order. Easy to sign off internally, and nothing arrives missing the part that holds it up.

## Why companies hire from us

### Procurement-friendly

Business account, booking against a PO, invoiced on your terms. No card at the counter and no personal expense claim.

### You keep your own crew

Dry hire means no bundled technician on the invoice for kit your AV partner or in-house team already knows how to set up.

### It turns up looking right

Clean screens, straight stands, skirts that fit. A statutory meeting is still a room full of people forming an impression.
