# AV hire for conferences

Breakout rooms, registration desks and the main plenary all need screens, and they all need them working at 08:00. We dry hire tested displays, floor stands and mounts to conference organisers across Sweden — delivered to the venue, collected after derig.

## Screen kits that suit a conference floor

Each kit is one line on your order: screen, floor stand and fitted skirt. Fewer things to check on site, nothing forgotten in the van.

## Why organisers hire from us

### It works when it lands

Every screen is powered on and checked before dispatch, and packed with the cables and adapters it actually needs. No hunting for a VESA plate at 6am.

### Multi-room quantities

Conferences need the same kit repeated across many rooms. Set your dates and see real stock levels rather than a promise to check.

### Dry hire, on account

You already have a crew. Take the gear and nothing else, booked against a PO and invoiced on your terms.
