# Not finding what you need? Contact us

Standard kit is quickest booked straight from the catalogue — choose your dates there and the store confirms availability and price on the spot. Use this form for everything else: gear we don’t list, more units than we show, long or unusual hires, or a room you would rather talk through before committing.

## Speed things up

The more of this we have up front, the faster we can come back with options:

- Delivery and collection dates
- Venue name and city
- What the room has to do — sizes, quantities, sightlines
- Anything you already know you need
- Who to invoice, and any PO reference
